Metaphysics
Achieving harmony and a peaceful mind is often a matter of passive unattached observation, deep and smooth breath and clarity within stillness.
The importance of being is exactly that. Be in the moment, be in the present, be in your life, be in your self. Like a child discovering the world, cherish the world around you
Applying emptiness allows ones mind to become tranquil, this is not idle emptiness but the absence of judgement and requirement to seek complete reasoning
To balance outside influences, move to overcome cold and be still to overcome heat. If you can practice movement and stillness in proper intervals you can live long.
